Is anyone else having wifi issues. When I'm connected to my router, it quite often just drops off the wifi connection, even when next to router, and with full strength. No other devices in the house have the problem. I've tried different routers, and tried different channels, but am regularly getting disconnected. I'm running 10.2.1.2102 on my Z10.
    Please help

No, I'm on STL100-2. I'm disconnecting quite often now. Problems only started after last update. Sometimes it just reconnects, but I usually I have to wifi off and on ( on the phone) for it to reconnect to the router.

Happens to me at least a couple times a day. Very annoying. Only way to temporarily fix for me is to unplug the router

Happens to me once in a while too, sometimes every day. I get a message about WiFi being "limited" which kills WiFi Calling feature. Never used to have WiFi connection issues. I can restore it by turning WiFi off and back on again; no need to mess with my router.

This issue has been reported since 10.2.1.1055. Still sometimes happens with my 10.2.1.3175, and happened with 10.2.1.21xx (don't remember already).

Has dropped at least five times today! But nobody else in my house is having a problem. There's 2 Blackberry's (mine and an older Curve), 2 ipads, an HTC 1, and an iPhone 5c. My z10 us,the only one that drops the router. Pissing me off is an understatement !!

Not having this issue, but Jim, I am also on T-mobile using wifi-calling from my home 100% of the time. But have you tried upgrading to .2228, the T-mo OS release designed to run wifi-calling on 10.2. In fact, I didn't know you could run wifi-calling on .2156.

I have T-Mobile and WiFi calling works for all of 45 seconds before dropping call. Message says it lost internet connection. Z10 STL 100-3 with 10.21.2228. I have had wifi calling error about missing 911 address but when I check it is already in the system.

I am on 3175, and I also do experience this wifi issue even with the last official 2xxx release as well.

rb. Is this happening only on your router to others? Also, I remember back in my Android days, some people were getting that error but it went away if the entered their 911 address over again. But if it's only happening on your home router, another story.

What I tried just now was to delete the wifi calling app and reboot. Now wifi calling works fine. Of course I have no control of wifi calling, but I have never had control of wifi calling.

I just received this notification on my Q10 SQN100-5/10.2.1.2228 a few minutes ago.
Never had this happen to any of my BB's or other devices.

'This network appears to have limited Internet access as some websites are unreachable. To fully access the Internet, connect to another network'

I get that message once in a while, but the internet access is fine. I suspect the phone/OS is trying to reach some internet servicer as part of the OS operation, and that particular server is down.

Since somebody mentioned it is related to wifi calling, that could be a clue to whatever server the phone is trying to contact.

When it says limited access connection it means phone cannot get data, problem is with the internet provider. Some last for a second. Also when a hotspot requires you login but you didn't login therefore you wont get any data. Try pulling out the wire that connects the modem and router, it will say limited connection.

"How come other phones dont get the same massage?" well maybe there is no code tell them that there phone cannot get data, but you'll notice that when they are loading a page it will hang for a second until data from the router is back.

Mines dropping the connection totally. It's definitely not the isp, because being a telephone network technician, I have the equipment to test for that. My router connection has a rock solid connection. I've tried the wifi on all channels (13 in total) but still drops. I've tried swapping routers from Netgear to Zxyel, and tried 2.4 and 5 bands, but still get the same issue!

Same problems on both mines and my wife's q5. Problem only started recently dropping off wifi - we have excellent wifi router and problem only started recently.

Me thinks it's something to do with blackberry servers.

I agree 100% I have a Stl100-1 and my wife has a stl100-3 and I consistently get better wifi and in areas of the house where she drops wifi a lot I rarely ever drop and have around 2 bars of wifi

If you did not have control of your wifi-calling app sounds like you had a "bad" OS install; have seen this before over on the t-mo side of Crackberry. People would end up with the new OS installed, but their wifi-calling app would not function correctly. There were two solutions. One was to reinstall the OS. The other was to go on BBerry World app store, log in and look under T-Mo Business (as I recall) and you would find another version of the wifi-calling app. Many who reinstalled from there solved their issues. But the best way is to reinstall the OS.
