OK I will keep it really short, an uncle got a cool new Z10, but just can't figure out rediffmail. It keeps throwing this error..been to everyone practically...Vodafone, Rediffmail, BB...no one can figure out what to do..

Any help?

Common problem. Happens with my Gmail and Yahoo all the time. Usually when I'm trying to set it up while connected to WiFi, but now always. Has happened over the network too. I usually give it some time and try again.

Sadly this has been going on for the last 2 weeks and there seems to be no solution. The mail account is really important and what good is BB if it can't simply add one right?

Any workaround? I know of a work around on Android. Not to sure of BB. It's a little urgent so can some one help on how to get it synced?

Um..ok..do you mean the password? I checked it through the browser and the password/email ID match fine..

I had this with one of my emails. Wiping the phone solved the issue for me

For rediffmail you need to purchase the premium service from rediff.....As rediff do not enable POP/IMAP for free email account...

Overview

A Rediffmail.com email account cannot be integrated on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone and the following error is displayed:

Your login information for POP server [pop.rediffmail.com] has changed or is incorrect. Please check your account settings.

Resolution

Rediffmail offers an upgraded service which would enable POP3 access for an email address. Once POP3 access has been made available the account can then be added to the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

Contact Rediffmail support to have POP3 access enabled.
