Must be your network provider. I've never had less than 3 bars with AT&T.

I'm not complaining, look closely, when the iphone can only connect to edge, the Z10 is in 4G. Never catched 4G during all the evening in this place with the iphone. The Z10 had only one bar, but it stayed stable and could be used all the time.
