    Hello, I don't get any kind of alert to let me know I have a voice mail. I tried everything, I basically have to guess if I got one and call it. Help

    Thanks god I never get a lot of voice mail's, since I have my Z10 I got only 2, the first time I didn't get a notification, the second time I did get.

    Huh. I get calls and Visual VoiceMails everyday with visual notifications and audio if I have it off vibrate. When you go into Phone does it show? If not call your carrier and have them reset your acct

    Go to your Hub hit the three dots in lower right hand corner>Settings>Hub Management toggle Visual Voice Mail ON. If you are not receiving Visual Voice Mail call your carrier to set it up.

    Why wouldn't a carrier support a feature such as this. That's like a carrier removing BBM from certain phones.

    You see the picture I posted above? It clearly shows Visual Voicemail in the Hub Management area. Your saying yours doesn't so the only thing that can be drawn from this is that your carrier doesn't offer it and your carrier removed it for your version of the software. Call your carrier.

    Why do you think the carrier removed it. I mean your right, but what are the possible reasons for this?

    Thanks for your assistance.

    P.S I called my carrier several times (Fido) and non of the customer support reps have no idea.

    Visual voicemail wasn't removed. It' just the option for VV that isn't activated by default. Once the service and the phone is set up, the icon shows up.
