Hello.....I hope there's an answer out there in Crackberry land! I recently updated to 10.2 via AT&T without issue...everything working fine. All of the sudden yesterday, I noticed that I couldn't send or receive E-mail (gmail, yahoo mail) unless I had WiFi turned on. I only turn WiFi on when I have a large download to do, etc and have never had issues with E-mail when the WiFi was turned OFF. Any ideas? THANKS!!!

What have you done to troubleshoot? Have you checked to see if your data is turned off in network connections?

Ok, what else have you done to try and resolve the issue? Did you remove and readd the email accounts? Did you perform a secure wipe? You giving us less than nothing to go on here.

Did you pay your bill or change your account in any way recently? I had that happen to me after I went in to upgrade my service. The rep somehow took data off my account.

I know it sounds cliche, but when all else fails, I have had pretty good luck powering off and doing a battery pull. Once I power back on and let it think quietly for a few minutes, it generally has 'self-healed' itself on many occasions. lol

Thanks very much for the replies.....I had powered it down, etc before and it did not fix the problem. I just tried that again and bingo it worked.....seems to be sending email fine now over the ATT network when my WiFi is turned off.....again....THANKS for your help!!!
