My original zed from February died a couple weeks ago. After acting up for a couple days it went completely black and would turn back on. Tried numerous different things suggested from these forums to no avail. Frustrating experience, long story short I returned it to Rogers and got a replacement z10.

Loaded 10.2 on the replacement device, but now I'm finding it randomly powers off on me. Not sure if this is hardware related and I'm headed for another serious phone-down situation, or if it's a 10.2 glitch?

Anyone finding this with 10.2??

It happened to me few times but turned out to be a bad app that I downloaded from bb world, you should check and delete one by one the last apps you installed, if it doesn't solve the issue try a factory reset and eventually reload the firmware

Those always the possibility of the battery terminals being loose. It's always being worth a check.
I doubt items the problem though.

I've thought of that, but don't want to wipe the device of apps unless it becomes a big problem. Right now it seems to happen once every couple of days.

I'll just have to monitor going forward.
