I am using Blackberry Link 1.1.1.32 and tried to perform 2-way sync with my Z10, but keep on receiving error message: "An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database record." Any ideas? Thank you.

I have this issue too. I think it's because I am using Outlook 2013 64 bit and BlackBerry doesn't like the 64 bit environment.

I found a way. But it can cost money. Sperry makes an outlook add in including a version that is compatible with outlook 2013 64 bit. The 14 day free trial let's you import export up to 100 vcards at a time. Full version, $25, let's you do "unlimited" per batch.

So:

Step 1. Export all contacts from local folder on Z10 using Contact X. This will be one file containing all contacts. There are VCard splitting utilities but not necessary for Sperry.

Step 2. Install Sperry utility.

Step 3. Use the Sperry add in from within outlook to import a VCard file.
