    tried re installing os wth auto load now its stuck on start up. just the blackberry logo appears and fades away then repeats. cant connect to laptop now because it just disconnects as soon as logo appears. any suggestions ?

    i used correct os STL100-2

    i re installed os with auto load because after a security wipe i got the error bb10-0015 on boot. had no luck with bb link before hand
