    Hello,
    My Z10 shows the orange LED, and then the BlackBerry logo, and then shuts down, and repeats, and just keeps repeating! It does that also only when connected to the charger, I don't think the battery is charging. I've also connected the phone without the battery to the charger, and the same thing happens over and over, so I don't think it's the battery. I've used Link to reload the OS 4 times, and the same thing keeps happening. Help!

    Hy! If you PC is detecting the phone and you can reload OS, then the battery is dead - take it to a GSM Service, they have a device that can resurrect your battery. I have done this too!

    Nope, reloaded 4 times, when I connect it, it asks for the password, I enter it, then the orange LED turns green, it takes some minutes and then Link tells me to disconnect and set up my phone, only to get the same Orange LED > BlackBerry loop.
    And also I have a Mac.

    But I've reloaded the OS once with the battery removed too!

    My q5 just started doing this restart loop. Somehow it started doing this after I turned the phone off to take the SD card out, turned the phone back on and now it's doing this restart loop. Have you gotten any luck restoring your phone?
