Because the STL100-1 and STL100-2 run incompatible software, and if you loaded software for the one onto the other then it wouldn't work.
Whichever one you have, flash the latest, either for the STL100-1 or for the STL100-2.
If you have a Z10 STL100-1, you cannot update to 10.3.3.
If you have a Z10 STL100-1, and tried to install 10.3.3, then you need to install the latest 10.3.2 autoloader to get it working again.
