Z10 stl4 won't connect to Internet on 3G, wifi ok

I using a BB Z10 STL100-4, OS 10.1.0.2151 but cannot on internet by 3G networt (wifi is OK). Help me, thanks

Well who is your carrier. Stl100-4 is a cmda verizon phone.
