    My phone just get 10.2.1.3442

    I own a BlackBerry Z10 and this morning I had the update notification. When the update is finished this software version is installed:
    Software Version 10.2.1.3062
    OS Version 10.2.1.3442

    Radio Version: 10.2.1.3140

    Please I will I get radio if I update to 10.2.1.3442

    I'm from Ghana and my carrier is Airtel ! Please help me how to get radio on my Z10stl100-3 ..

    The "radio" that you see as 10.2.1.3140 is the software that allows the phone to connect to networks.

    If you mean FM radio, the Z10 can't do that. Hardware issue.
