Yesterday, i was using my phone and it suddenly shuting down, first of all, i thought because the battery drain out , so, as usual, i plug the cable in, everything seem normal, the circular run very fast but got stuck at 100% so i tried to pull the battery out and restart again, and this time, the circular run very slowly and got stuck at 97% ( guessing, bcuz it won't show the percent),

i've tried 3 button reset ( i use the STL-001) and hold it till the blue screen show up, but it's still the same, and the Blackberry Link seem doesn't recognize device

any suggestion?? i'm thingking about Autoload the new version,hope it's work

I have faced this problem too. I just sent it to BlackBerry expert centre and it tooks 4 days of repairing process. The staff tell me they fixed my motherboard. Problem settled. Still got 1 years and 4 months of warranty out of 2 years. Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.3247

You can try again with BBLink and/or an Autoloader but try both with the Battery IN and then if that does not work, remove the Battery and leave it out as you try with BBLink or Autoloader.

The same happened to my z10 stl-100. I even reset it to factory defaults using BB Link still stuck up at BB Logo.
Then I tried to use the autoloader and then pofff it became cococrunch.
It's now working fine.
