    Hi

    NEW Z10 Issue last week:
    My z10 went to "silent" randomly and muted my speaker. My MIC worked perfectly but no sound came from my device (calls, videos, mp3's, rings...) It was a LOT worse when I had the Blackberry Flipcover on!

    "Solution"
    I swapped out my z10 AND the flip cover for a new device and cover. All is well now!

    i've not had the phone for a month, so sad to know the speakers aren't working. Initially i thought it was a joke and did the hard on restart all to no avail. please help
