Same with me. Ordered on the 29th through PayPal with standard shipping and got my email at 12:50am. Was starting to get worried as my billing address is different than my shipping since I am in Canada. I should add my U.S.address to my credit card and PayPal account...If I can that is...

My friend ordered his iPhone 5S & he has to wait for 6 weeks for the delivery. Apple us using that as a marketing tool to say that demand is so high they cannot keep up. This is turning it the other way around.

This created alot of hype, from underselling iPhone 5S to over sold.

How come nobody knows complaining about Apple? How come BlackBerry didn't take advantage of this situation?

BTW: It's direct Signature Required. You HAVE to sign for it. They will not leave it. Not even with a signed note/letter.

^^^Yup signature required. I had mine rerouted to a FedEx station because I won't be home to sign for it. I'm glad I caught that on the tracking page. I also received a call from FedEx telling me that as well.

I picked up my new Z10 from FedEx and went over to the AT&Tstore and had my rep replace my BlackBerry 9900 on my 2nd line and activate my new Z10. Now I'm getting all my info transferred over. So far I'm liking the Z10 although it will take a while getting accustomed to the keypad.

This delay is not helping BB's reputation. I ordered one Sunday night, and like everyone else, have heard nothing since. Now, for comparison: I ordered a Galaxy Tab yesterday (Monday) from Tiger (to replace my Playbook). I've already received the UPS shipping confirmation, and it will be arriving Friday--with standard, free shipping. That might be before I even get a confirmation on my Z10.

For those who feel we're being impatient or have excessively high expectations: As I jokingly predicted, the Galaxy Tab 3 that I ordered from Tiger Direct a day after I ordered the Z10 really did arrive (this afternoon) before I got a confirmation of my Z10 order. Unlike others, I'm not in a rush to get the Z10, because I'm actually pretty happy with my current phone. For me, that's not the issue. What's disturbing to those of us who want to see BB survive is that this yet another indication that they haven't got their A Game in play. As a consumer, I really don't care if the bottleneck is Digital River--it's Blackberry that gets the bad press. And the last thing they need is more bad press.

Exactly. I have bought the phone as a gift. I don't need it for a couple of weeks. However when people by something on on Black Friday through Cyber Monday, they expect a better experience than what is being provided currently. I bought the device from BlackBerry's Web store. The fact that they contract out to Digital River ad they are the source of the problem is irrelevant in the eyes of the consumer. I ordered on Monday with Standard shipping and other than the invoice email have heard nothing. BlackBerry needs to investigate what happened with this and fix it before the next event like this (Z30 US fire sale?).

I was one of the lucky ones. I ordered on Monday, received shipment email on Wednesday, and received the phone on Friday. I chose two day shipping.

This was typed on the z10. I'm still used to the keyboard.

So, while I got my shipping email on Friday morning (12:51 a.m.), I kept on clicking on the link and it said 'no record found'. Thinking it just wasn't in the system yet, I gave it some more time but even today it still have me 'no record found'. Finally got around to calling Digital River and they said it was an invalid tracking number.

Then they said I would get new tracking information in '48-72 hours'.

Have to say that was a first time I had a screw up like that. I just hope there aren't any others.

I received my shipping notification at 1:52 on Thursday and when I checked the tracking number, I too received the "not found".

Thanks for posting this...thought that I was the only one. Will wait for a new tracking number.
