Hi

I am new on here and need some help. I have a new Z10 and was working great until it asked do I want to perform a software update which I did. Now stuff is not working correctly BBM and the scroll seems jerky on messages. How can I undo the update I have now got 10.2.0.424 I had no idea what is was before, had the phone about 2 months and was good before. Can I do security wipe or will that just keep the updated software but lose all the data.

If you just upgraded, the os usually takes a while to settle. See how it does in a couple days. Should be fine.

Thank you for the advice but it keeps locking/freezing on BBM and the phone ( can't hang up or dial or answer sometimes.Can I get back to the way it was ?

I guess you have to download an autoloader if an older version and install that os. Or otherwise you might as well install a leaked 10.2.1 version.

Z30, and yes, it's a bit on the heavy side...
