    Since i have installed an update version 10.2.0.424. I have problem with receiving sms.

    Month ago, i manage to solve this with security wipe, backing up and deleting everything from the phone.

    However, couple of days ago, same thing happened again, message on my screen and i won't receive sms anymore...Problem is that this time restore solve my problem only for a day, and then again same thing....

    Do you have any solution, plssss? The next step is to give up BB for ever...

    - Restoring my phone (back up everything first)

    - Installing memory booster to delete my cash memory

    DIDNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

    I have a lot of sms, but it like from mid october...I did erase 100 of them but still nothing changed...

    On my old BBs a i had sms a year old, it strange that there is no room for sms on Z10...

    Fairly extensive thread on this issue here.

    Some claim to have solved it with a new SIM but that did nothing for me. I got about a month with a wipe too (although only when I didn't restore the settings). Now I'm trying a leaked OS.

    Interestingly the SIM worked fine in my 9780 and using that I can see that there is nothing saved on the SIM.
