    its not working any more, always showing no sim detected.why i could not understand, wifi is still working pretty fine.but no sim identification.its factory unlocked ,,no ammendments done by me,,nor taken to any dealer.

    BBM not working since the update
    Now show this error and right now is scanning SD and sim

    Try a reboot without SIM installed. Go through the BBVE sim tests.

    If error remains try your sim in alternate device or an alternate sim from your carrier in your phone.

    Could be SIM card damage or could be SIM slot damage or corrosion
    Has the phone been dropped or exposed to any moisture?

    My sim cannot be detected, I have tested with more sim cards. I suspect it is a software related issue because it wasn't dropped. It started after hard reset and my speaker and GPS too doesn't work.

    Luke, hardware can fail at any time.

    Back up your device first if you plan on reloading the OS.
