    Help! Bought a used z10 verizon with no sim card got a sim card from Verizon. always says
    Sim activation ln progress tried 3 cards at store. did security wipe. verizon says no idea why it won't load sim. Any ideas?

    Was the sim card activated in verizon system? If not call verizon customer service. If you did activate the card through verizon it might be a bad card, though you may want to call into verizon to make sure the ESN on the phone is good and not blacklisted.

    All three were done at the store seems to me if it was black listed they would have said. I am updating software via wifi very slow!

    Spent two days on this phone update software etc. verizon said phone was no good when I asked what reason that I was returning they made the call for me, full refund. Very sad, back to the old pearl flip the z10 is nearly impossible to find in my area. The good news is I got the track ball to roll up!!!

    Never did solve the problem with that first phone ended with brand new phone little inconvenient to deal with but company more than made up. I Love this Phone, how could this not be the best selling phone in the world! Not a big fan of the otter box I got for it but the durability of it makes up for it.
