    my brand new Z10 shuts down sometimes 5 times per day - any idea what's wrong ?

    Maybe you have a defective one? How long have you had it? Have you updated it to the newest OS?

    Shuts down and turns off? Or is it rebooting? If its rebooting welcome to life with the Z10 until Blackberry fixes it.

    Yea . . . I get a reboot at least twice a day. Starting to get a bit annoying. Hoping 10.1 will fix this challenge.
