hey guys,

a few weeks ago i bought a Z10, and 2 days back i upgraded to 10.2 .
but in 10.1 and 10.2 i notice that sometimes my Z10 just shuts down and reboot. without any reason.
this happens atleast twice a day.
anyone having this problem to?
someone can tell me How to fix this? because its pretty anoying :/

What OS are you using? Some devices prior to the 10.1 OS update had this issue, but the 10.1 update fixed it.

i am using leaked 10.2 now. But it happend also when I was using 10.1

Very rare to hear the dreaded reboot problems continuing after 10.2. Thought this was long gone after the latest software updates? I personally haven't had any.

Looks like the problem is solved. Didn't do anything, but it looks like it doens't do it anymore

The latest 10.2 OS is the first one without reboots for me. Always had a couple a week until now. The issue persisted through several of the 10.1 leaks. Happy to see it gone at least for now.

I have the same problem,some of people said that it is OS problem. 10.1 can fix this issue. But stilk happened to me, i replace my battery with new one and having no problem until now.

I think deflected battery caused the issue, try to replace the battery.
