I'm from Asia, and my Z10 has the same problem from this morning . Rotation function didn't work and hoster as well!!
What's going on?

Same issue here. Didn't install any new apps or anything from BB world recently.

Was working fine last night -- and now Gadget Box confirms that there is no rotation info being captured.

Magnetic sensors and power buttons still appear to be working fine.

I have installed apps from the 25 free offer and very time I restart device problem came back I uninstall all apps i.e minion rush iron man 3 shark dash and restart device so far problem seems to b fixed for me

any one....any solutions yet?
I tried Hard reboot, battery pulls, screaming and yelling, cussing at the phone, threatening to even drop it on its head...but no use...and ooh yea tried booting with out the SD card and SIM card as well...i think I need a hug now...:*(

Hard reset worked so far.... hasn't been long enough to see. hard reset being ONLY pressing volume buttons for 10secs.

I just got a notification for a software update. After installing I now have the same issues that everyone has been talking about. Not sure what has caused it though :/ grrrrr

Damn it!! It has now stopped working again!! But the screen brightness is still okay!! I haven't even tried any of the fixes! It just did it on its own!!!

Started for me an hour ago. This is very weird.
No new apps downloaded (except just now BBsensor)
I am guessing screen brighter because illumination sensor
not working along with the other sensors.
I rebooted and it was working briefly then stopped.
Been on 10.2.0.429 for a couple of weeks, unlocked phone on Koodo.

I had this issue a few hours ago, reset my phone (Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1803) and it only provided a temporary fix, but the sensors have reverted to normal after a second reset. Smooth sailing so far

yup same rotation failure
compass failure as well
no app downloads
hard reboot has solved the issue for now (11h20 2013-12-21) ...
still working an hour later...
