I bought my Z10 4 months ago and the since last two days even if i put in on table or even a soft bed... it reboots itself. I am unsure what is to be done. I even tried removing the battery.. restarting the phone couple of times... but this rebooting issue continues on the 3rd day !

Suggest me whom to approach the seller or the service center.

I would try shimming the battery with a bit of business card as has been mentioned. Try that first.

after the 10.3.1779 update data goes delete automatically when i restart the device . all app deleting when i switch off the device

my blackberry z10 got a quite frequent problem. Whenever it get an impact even a small 1 like putting it on the table but not softly a bit hard it will auto reboot. Can anyone help me with this situation?
