    I have had my Z10 since launch and never had a reboot. I upgraded to 10.2.1 when it was released, then yesterday I experienced two random reboots and one today. I've downloaded nothing new and I'm operating the same way since I upgraded, why the last two days, all of a sudden?

    hmm, have you dropped it recently? Also, maybe you should consider reloading the OS

    I have the same problem, or at least similar. But how can a loose battery be the reason, when all my reboots happen when the phone is lying on a table?

    I had this happen to me as well, but only once and that was the next day after doing the upgrade. Since then my phone is working great and the battery life is better.

    I've had two reboots in two days. None under 10.2.0. Battery not the issue, I've had tape over back edge to provide slight wedge. I have installed new apps over the past few days, and I have a LOT of apps installed...

    I'm thinking I might just do that. A 'refresh' like that once a year is not such a bad thing. What's the best backup solution? Between Link and my BBM ID, am I pretty well covered for contacts, texts, Remember Notes?

    If you use Evernote, a restore will likely delete all your notes/folders and not touch Remember. Found out the hard way and rebuilt everything with the desktop version.

    Next time I will use the desktop version first to delete all my notes, so that Evernote will retain the folder they came from because they all ended up in "Actions Pending."

    As for reboots, I had them several times and even a horrible cycle one day on 10.1. Knock on wood, have not had any on 10.2.
