Hi all:
I didn't have this issue early on, with OS10.0. I'm now running OS10.2 whatever the released version is. Z10 seems to randomly reboot. I've noticed 2 things: If I catch it, I can cancel it like it's a normal shutdown or restart. So I'm wondering if it's the top button. The other is it seems to happen only with one battery, of my two.

Thoughts?

Like when they first came out, I heard of a bad batch of batteries, could be it, I have a Q on 10.2 and no issues

Have 10.2 never had that issue, perhaps without notice you push the upper button and that is it, or try to check the battery that is giving you problems

Charge it only with original charger that came with the package and not another one.
I sorted out with that.

The more I'm keeping on top of it, I'm thinking it might be the top button.

But if it tends to occur with ONE battery, it might be the battery is loose and momentarily loses contact. Try a piece of paper or thicker to shim with that battery.

Here's my experiment plan. Use one battery for the week. See how I do. Then switch and repeat. And avoid using the top button during that time.

Failing that, I send it in for service.
