Do you have any sideloaded apps of any kind? Does it feel warm?

Does 10.2.0 have device monitor? I thought that was a 10.2.1 feature

Good point! Anyone know if the 10.2.1 Device Manager .bar can be side loaded on 10.2? This would certainly help pin it down.

I also have this issue. I didn't check what was eating my RAM. I'm going back to 1055 in the meantime.

    Looks like it does:

You'll want to side load the following .bar file: sys.sysmon-1.0.1.22 (48hr graph and shows PIM services)
Once it's installed, you'll be able to see what's using up all that memory.

Remember, that bb10 runs under QNX (a full blown OS). Files are cached or buffered for quick launch/access as well as processes using the RAM. You might only have say 500Mb free, but of that, 1G could be the file cache. If you need the RAM, the oldest cache entry is deleted (and repeat until you have enough). Unless you get a message saying you are out of RAM, I wouldn't worry. For example, I'm running linux, and at the moment of 4G ram, I only have 1.7G free, however 1.3G is cached, so in reality I really have 3G (1.7 + 1.3) free. If your RAM isn't being used, it is wasted (ie. not needed), so the OS uses it to speed itself up.

You don't recover some of this ram if you do a restart?

Yes sir it does, but not as advanced as the one in 10.2.1, it only shows cpu and memory usage, no battery usage.
