I have had my Z10 on Rogers since day 1, with no issues. (almost a year now!)
Still enjoying this great phone. Can't wait until official version of 10.2.1 is released.

I've owned my Z10 since the first day it was offered on T-Mobile USA. I have an Amzer Shellster case and belt holster and a Skinomi TechSkin screen protector. The device has been rock solid. Still waiting on the official 10.2.1 from T-Mo!

Got mine as soon as it came available cost �470 now you can pick them up for �150, still I love the phone.

Have my unlocked Z10 since November i'm on Vodafone Portugal no issues running 10.2.0.429 loving so far this phone best i ever had.

I was excited when I activated by Z10. It did everything I was looking for in a smartphone. At least for what I needed. And really love the phone. Well, at least when it was functioning and operating as promised from BlackBerry, (aka: BB). Read review prior to getting the phone, looked at pros & cons, etc.... and was satisfied at the time. BB text support was required due to trouble with phone sync with e -mail codes, etc... after about 2 1/2 hours with tech support, they finally get the e-mail address to sync and work. There were several other issues, including more with the e-mails staying synced/connected, etc....... Well, after 92 days of having the Z10 the USB port went out. Received my 2nd Z10, 54 days later the phone mic-jack went out. I was sent the 3rd Z10 and after 29 days this one just died, this time they sent along a new battery, (although, the original battery worked fine and charged the phones with no problem). The 4th phone lasted 2 days and died, the 5th phone died after 1 day and the 6th died the same day I received it. Since BlackBerry, apparently refused to let my phone provider replace the phone with a "New" Z10, cause BB didn't want to credit my wireless provider for the new phone, so they could sent me a new Z10 phone, etc..... My provider said they could send me compatible "New" phone, which is the Motorola Andriod Mini The only phone they said they can offer because of an arrangement they have with Motorola. I�m really disappointed that I won't be able to use the Z10 anymore. I really love the phone and the operating system, etc..., when the phone worked of course. Trouble is, can't get at Z10 that suppose to do what is promoted and promised from RIM/Blackberry. Now, just to let you know, I left out the 27 plus hours of tech support time logged in with BlackBerry techs and 10-12 hours with my wireless provider outlining all the other issues and problems with the Z10. I'm talking simple issues that work flawlessly with iPhones and Android Phones that my family members and a lot of friends have. But I guess I need to move on from the world of Blackberry. Or, should I say "CrackBerry" Well since BlackBerry is being sold for it operating system, etc... and not the wireless device and market shares, of course and unless the New buyer(s) wants to take BlackBerry where Steve Jobs took Apple, then maybe CrackBerry has a chance??? I doubt it.

I got mine a few weeks before it was released in my country. I love it. I can somewhat deal with the lack of apps, and battery life, as they're both still much better than my experience with the Bold 9900.

Have it since September. Never had any issues. All os official and leaked versions worked flawlessly. Love it since it was announced. Dont care about apps that much but it's annoying when u cnt get something to work. Thinkin about upgrading to z30.

Same here. I was a first to buy it in FutureShop on Feb 5th. No problems of any kind. Totally happy.

Rogers from day one had it unlocked so I could choose whom ever I wanted to go with as my carrier now on Koodo.. never had any issues and i always load leaks also with no issues. im a happy 10 zeder.
