    A friend has a Z10 with the latest OS. She has an issue where after she accepts a phone call, the phone continues to ring two or three more times. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Is there a way to revert back to an earlier OS without having a complete phone backup?

    What release is she on? I had the issue on an earlier 10.3.1 but now don't. I am on 10.3.1.2708.

    Just install later os. 10.3.2.500 fixes that.

    Hello,

    Just install the one I have, it's the best version of 10.3.1 and it doesn't have that problem.

    I have z10 after updating into 10.3.1. It goes to factory mode after restart or switch off/on
