Moving from 9800 to Z10.

Trying to get the Outlook 2003 calendar and contacts on the Z10.
Have no Gmail or any other account, but also not want to use it (small company, no BES).
Everything tried according to the normal procedures (transfer and import from Outlook), but result is:
Old appointments show, but no new.
Tons of appointments on today dating from 2010, 2011, 2012, but none from today.

Trying to clear calendar; no where to find how to do that.
Even went back to full reset and re-install from factory settings.

Still a mess.

Any suggestions?
