[CrackBerry Question]

I did a security wipe and my Z10's battery died out because I couldnt charge it in time. After that bb10-0015 error popped up. I searched for a solution and found that an OS reload is needed. So I followed the procedure connected it to link waited for link to download the OS and after that when it started "extracting device software" after reaching about 40 to 60% (is what I presume by looking at the loading bar in link) it gave me the error saying "Unspecified Error Encountered [A:0x00000084]" I tried even autoloaders. The autoloader runs and the console window like in windows command prompt pops up connects to my device does loading (loads 2 things) and then closes my phone restarts but the bb10-0015 error is still there. Its been a week and I really need the help. I couldnt find any solution so if anyone could help it would be lifesaving.

I don't know if this still works or not... but with these tools you could wipe your device's loaded OS. And see if you can reinstall using the CORRECT autoloader for your device.

Try these, not sure how you are still getting that error if using the correct autoloader for your phone. You might have a bad autoloader file. Posted below are for the most current loaders, 10.3.2.2876. If you dont trust the MEGA links provided by Crackberry then I also added the BlackBerry Support forum autoloader links.
