    So I have sideloaded the following and run them without full capability in some but satisfactory:

    instagram
    snapchat
    facebook messenger
    wechat
    imo
    dropbox (the android version is better)
    a couple of maps
    zinio
    Keepass

    and then the native apps:

    kindle
    whatsapp
    Japanese ime


    Now, if only skype of viber or tango would show up

    and kakaotalk, then I think I have the full complement for my needs.
