    My wife has inherited my Virgin Mobile BlackBerry Z10. It has been updated OTA only. She is constantly getting the issue of Gmail popping up when she goes into her text messages, either from the home screen, or the hub. When she does a battery pull, it fixes it.

    Why do I have to constantly do this on her Z10, while my Bell Z10 is fine with zero issues. Keep in mind, we are well past the 14 days to return the handset. Any help would be awesome, as to what exactly, is going on here.

    Take note: I have reloaded the original OS from hooking up the phone to Blackberry Link. No change...still has the same issue.

    Found the problem. It is within the Facebook tab in the hub. She opened messages or notifications in this tab in the hub, and there is a drop down list in the Facebook tab...it has to do with where she left off in there.

    It's fixed.
