    My phone is not ringing. I even changed the notification profile from normal to phone call only, but of no use. It sometime rings whenever feel like.please help

    Open Notifications in settings. In the middle is NORMAL. Tap is (it does not look like a menu ). On the next screen Tap "Customize App Notifications" On the next screen check the PHONE settings. And any other apps or emails you want to change or enable.
