I got a msg for updating BlackBerry software to 10.2.1.537.download of about 800 mb was completed using wifi.then during rebooting software it again started downloading 2 gb data it got switched off. Now my phone is not working properly. I can't even take calls as it won't show on screen please help.

Just connect your phone to blackberry link and reload software. If You hopefully have an old backup, You can restore afterwards. Good Luck

When I connect my BlackBerry to pc all data is present
But on phone I can't access many options like pics,settings,bbm,bb hub

Should I reload Os through BlackBerry Link or through Internet explorer
Also can I still back up my data coz when I connect my phone to pc all data is present.

connect your phone to blackberry link then turn off the device and press reload software, dont disconnect your phone until its finished you'll know when it starts by it self.
