i goy my new z10 and im about to connect on my mac using blackberry desktop manager but seems there was an inssue here its say >>> device not supported by blackberry desktop software! any can help?

Yes OP, get Link for Mac from the BB website.

The two ahead of me are correct. Desktop Manager only works for BBOS devices. Link is for BB10 devices.

You need to manually enable that for your device in BlackBerry Link. Connect your device, select it in Link and there should be a check box where you can activate wireless sync. It will then automatically sync when both tour mac and Z10 are on the same network.
