Hi all,
My z10 is not locking properly. Sometimes, when I hit the unlock button or swipe up, my phone skips the lock screen completely (as well as my password). How should I proceed: Update from 10.2.0 to 10.2.1 or wipe and then update?

How long have you set the time out?
If you haven't reached that time for inactivity even if the screen turns off the password won't engage.

It can occur over an hour after I lock the phone. My timeout time is 5 minutes

I've never had that happen so I'm not the guy to advise you. Sorry.
