BB Link is NOT detecting my Z10 (STL-3) on connecting it via USB / WiFi.
    PC OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
    BB Phone: BB Z10 STL100-3 (AT&T)
    BB10 OS version: 10.2.1.1925
BB Link version: 1.2.3 (Earlier it was 1.2.2)

    Things already tried (and failed):
    1) Uninstall and Install BB Link - after a thorough registry cleanup.
    2) Did a security wipe on Z10; and installed 3 different versions of BB10 OS - base AT&T version - 10.1.0.2019; 10.2.1.1925 and 10.2.1.2141..
    3) Tried connecting phone through Sachesi -- None worked.

Haven't tried - Installing BB Link on another PC and getting my phone to detect on it.

    Edit:
Z10 gets detected on my PC using the BB Device Manager; but Link just doesn't want to detect it.
It work perfect as a USB Mass Storage device though (so I feel the USB port on the Z10 is working fine).

Everything worked fine till like 2 weeks back.
Nothing has worked till now. I need to get BB Link working.
    Please help.
I am having a tough time managing some stuff on my phone.

    Guys, please help.
Now my Z10 won't even get detected by the Leaked OS autoloaders.
My phone is running the basic and outdated OS - 10.1.0.4181.

Go into Settings - Storage and Access.
Toggle the USB connection from automatic to 'windows' your PC should detect the phone again after you do this.

This happened to me a few weeks ago, what I ended up having to do is leave link open and plug phone into usb on the pc and then do a reboot on the phone holding the volume up/down buttons until the blue bb logo appears and then release the buttons. let the phone finish booting up and it should reconnect to link. Hope this helps.

That happened to me last night. I rebooted the phone (vol buttons) and that did not do it. I rebooted the computer. Finally, they saw each other (even those the two drives showed up during all of this nonsense).

After using BlackBerry OS 10 for around a year; my main complain is the crappiness of the BlackBerry Link Desktop software.
Rest all bugs I can tolerate.

Strange. You can always try a different USB port. This sometimes helps.

Did that too. Different USB ports, even different good quality USB data cables.
But sadly, my BlackBerry Z10 won't get detected in BlackBerry Link on my PC, come what may. :-(

I also always get the 2 drives showing up as network drives on FTP, but the phone won't just connect to BlackBerry Link.
I need it only to back up photos from my phone to my PC - I do have an easy work around to that though.
But if I move pics from my phone's SD card to my PC, the dumb thing won't detect that the pictures have been deleted, and still keep on showing them.

So in a nutshell, I do not need the piece of cr@# that BlackBerry Link is for myself at all, except for backing up my photos.
