I'm receiving my phone calls and I can only see the number All my contacts have already been pre programmed.

It's not till the phone call is over where I see in the call log the name of the person that called.

Any suggestion s

If you have Content Protection enabled and including your Address Book, the Caller ID function can't read the names from the Address Book. Use Universal Search to find Content Protection and ensure the box to include the Address Book is not checked.

That's the problem with trying to answer a question about a new device with only legacy information. After reading that link, it seemed that not everybody had the caller ID problem, and that it appeared to be a function of how the number was entered in the database and smart dialer settings. I would have thought it would have worked the same way as in the earlier OS versions.

Wont be there, this option for old blackberry only, but I saw it available in version 10.0.10.261 but still not solving the problem, I mean the encryption option.
