    My Z10 (STL 100 -1), running OS 10.3.2.2474 , is not charging when connected to a power outlet.
    But it charges when connected to my laptop through the same USB cable.
    There's no problem with the power outlet or with the device's adapter though.
    I would also like to note that BlackBerry Link and BlackBerry Blend are not able to detect my device when connected. It only charges my phone.

    P.s. Charge only mode is not enabled on my device and all connections are allowed.

    well if you are sure there is no issue with the cable, outlet or phone i would say the issue is with your OS.

    I've reloaded the OS twice...
    Still no hope
