Z10 No Internet connection
Hello Crackberry,
I am currently here in Japan and I have the Blackberry Z10. Since I had Docomo service with my bold 9900, I just transferred the service to my new Z10. The issue? I can make and receive calls as well as text messages, but there is absolutely no internet connection. I discussed this with Docomo, and from everything that they could see, the data connection is available. They said that it was possibly the device. I purchased my Z10 unlocked in the US and had everything working with no problem with T Mobile service before I left. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
