z10 mms problem sending to one specific number

I am having a problem sending MMS message to one specific number. The text portion of the message will go through, but not the picture. I get a text message from my own number saying the multimedia message cannot be sent showing the number I sent it to, but with the are code changed. They can send me MMS messages, and everyone else can receive them from me as well, just not this one. Any help?

I wonder if the other person has a firewall on their device, or if there is any kind of carrier issue between your two carriers?

call your carrier, they will have to run a trace. Their noc can work with the receivers noc to resolve it.....
