    Recently i bought BB Z10. It is asking to delete messages from sim. Kindly let me know how to save incoming messages directly into phone or sd card..

    What carrier? You should ask them what the problem is. I have never seen this notification.

    Also you can use an App to save your texts. I use SMS Backup and works well.
