I have a problem, my z10 often loses signal during a call.
Sometimes I have to call back 3-4 times to finish the conversation.
It looks so...
I speak by phone, suddenly snatches of words and communication break.
I look at my z10 and see that there is no signal, and the message "network is busy". But a second signal is full again.
I have tried different OS versions, but nothing helps.
Many other people have the same problem. Probably problem in the operator. But other phones (htc one or iphone) with same sim card works well.
I like my z10, but what should I do if I can't use the basic functions?

To avoid reconnecting between 2g-3g-4g and save battery.
2G is enough for mails and messages.

But that's probably the reason for dropped calls, try it on the other setting and see how big a diff on the battery.

I've already tried 3g and 4g and the same problem.
The first time I switched to 2g just because of the fact that my z10 drop call.
2g signal should be more stable and more power save.

Have you called your provider and/or tried the SIM for another carrier. It may be at their end. Also, is your SIM new and not an older SIM you transferred over to your phone?

I've already tried different OS including initial (preinstalled) and last leaks and the same problem.
SIM is new enough (6 months).

SIM cards do come defective I've had a couple so maybe you should try another.

I work in an upper floor of a pretty tall building with weak reception, and this is the only place I have this issue. I think it might simply be a reception issue. I have the latest T-Mobile update and my phone is set on LTE. Is it possible for you to try wifi calling?

Well, your a leak installer so try that 2229 radio. It's the best radio and gives great battery life for me and others. It's posted on the last leak thread 2947 OS on post #109. If your not already running it. It's a non-destructive autoload. You can always revert back and so you have nothing to loose and everything to gain if it works better. Good luck..

I have the same problem and I'm on Noverca a MVO.
Think it's just the operator, not the phone itself.
