    My Z10 loses all my saved networks after I reboot the phone. This has happened several times. Any ideas why this is happening? I have searched several threads but have not found any explanation.

    That is odd. Have you ever backed up and reinstalled the OS? A hold both volume buttons until you reboots?

    Thank you for the suggestion. It worked. I reinstalled the OS and now have 10.2.1.2102. Unable to receive 10.2.1.3175 which I had previously. Everything is working fine but curious why I can't load 10.2.1.3175 again.

    10.2.1.3175. I think it is pulled back by the service providers for bugs.
