My blackberry Z10 has been randomly blacking out and now it wont start at all. Theres no red light flashing and i need whats on the phone , please i am desperate

My blackberry Z10 has been randomly blacking out and now it wont start at all. Theres no red light flashing and i need whats on the phone , please i am desperate

I had this issue several times now on my Z10 the other day. I happened twice in one day. I pulled the battery out, put it back in and put it on the charger and it started back up. I was a bit concerned, but it hasn't happened since. I was on 10.3.2.2813 but I'm upgrading to 10.3.2.2876 as soon as my download finishes.

Several suggestions for you.
Remove battery as suggested check for debris, corrosion on contacts of bat and phone.
Try to charge via a wall charger rather than USB on PC.
Some people have commented on "loose" battery and fix by slipping small paper between cover and bat...search forums for post.
Try replacement battery. 15-20 bucks should get you one.
