As a Bold user who is very interested in upgrading to the Z10 (or Q10), I'm on the sidelines reading through the Z10 forum looking for information, How-Tos, hidden tricks and shortcuts about the Z10 to help me make an informed buying decision. I've learned quite a lot: no more data compression / wait for Verizon OS upgrade to 10.1 before buying / don't delete carrier bloatware; just hide it / 64GB SanDisk memory card formatted in the Z10 / swiping from right upper corner to the Center in the hub, five times restarts the hub / and many others - Thank You!

When I happen across a thread complaint about a Z10, the author almost never provides any details regarding their device for anyone to be able lend any assistance. Not all Z10s are made alike. Perhaps your phone was made the day after a pay day at the plant - Kevin noted in a video review that the Z10s are made in different countries. So, where was your Z10 made? Who is your carrier? Do you have an STL100-2; 100-3 or 100-4 device? There are a lot of people on here who genuinely want to help but you make it difficult to do so.

Once I get off the sidelines and upgrade to a Z10 or Q10, if I experience any issues, I'll be searching through Crackberry.com for answers and guidance. And I will leave all of the as much info about my device as possible. Thank you fellow "Crackberry" users.

Love this device to bits (and bytes? badum-tish...) but I do get duplicate contacts and have had the device reboot on me like literally only 3 or 4 times that I've noticed. The glass of my screen has the impossible-to-remove blotches (see this topic http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...screen-769877/) but thats just cosmetic really. Performance wise its been great and given me no trouble. Battery lasts an average of 20 hours with moderate use (8 hours if I rip up some games or anything crazy but I have a spare battery). Data useage has been good. I'm always on wifi when at home or work but but my billing cycle ends in 8 days and I've used just over 400mb. So really only two issues but the dups I'll get rid of when I buy contact x and reboots will be fixed eventually.

    On 2nd Verizon Z10
    Made in Canada.
New class 10 32gig SD card.
    Verizon SIM.
    CDMA - 004
    OS: 10.0.9.422

    Reboots on its own.
    Keyboard stops when texting.
Cannot download many BlackBerry World apps due to Verizons old OS version.

Purchased first one on launch day. Exchanged it for this one week later. Both have the same issues. Reboots are not as often on the 2nd one. But then I have no Droid apps on this one.
