Hi all

Is anyone else having an issue with their Z10 not responding to wakeup swipe and power button clicks.
It happened to me twice in a week of owning the phone, first time it happened it had original OS that phone was shipped with (I believe 10.0.10.24) and today if happened with the latest version of the OS 10.0.10.85 (wind mobile).
I just don't know what to do right now, if I should wait it out and see if next OS fixes the issue or if I should exchange the phone and risk the same thing happening.

I am able to reproduce this problem on my Z10.

It only affects me if I power off the device while charging it (where the countdown appears). If I leave it on or hit the top button once and plug it in, no issues.

I could only get the unit to fire up by removing the battery.

Mine simply doesn't respond to wakeup swipe and regardless of what I do with power button there is no response. I had to pull the battery out in order to get it to work again.
