    Hi, I appear to be getting an audio notification when the hub receives an update (email/fbook etc), does anyone know how to alter the tone or switch it off?

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
    How about swiping down from the top of the home screen and go to settings/notifications. There should be a choice for FB or any other notification under the normal profile, or any other profile for that matter. Make sure to scroll to the bottom where it says other applications or something like that.
