    We have recently upgraded our office with hp laser pro 400 printers. They work great except that I am unable to open any attachments that are scanned from the device or even exported to pdf. This is clearly a large issue as now I cannot open 95 percent if the attachments I need to from work. Has anyone had this issue? Does blackberry know and if so are they working to fix? My amazing BlackBerry that allows me to work very well away from the office has come to a halt.

    Have you already tried the apk app hp eprint normally with this app it will works

    Yes I tried downloading in hopes it would fix the glitch but it didn't work. And it is not that I want to e print. I just need to be able to open attachments from my colleagues.

    About a year ago, I had problems with opening large attachments, but eventually a software update on my email server solved it.

    You might also try using a different PDF viewer.
