    Actually more appropriately, does anyone know how to resend the IT Policy on the Z10? Used to be we could resend routing tables and the like from the device; I have email account issues I think the background stuff just needs to be refreshed.

    This option no longer exists. The closest available currently on BlackBerry 10 is Settings > About > Network (from the drop down menu) > press the three dots at the bottom right corner (overflow menu) > you have Resync Configuration and Register BlackBerry. I think register BlackBerry is what you are searching for
